Job Title: Primary Education Support Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Primary Education Support Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting children's learning and development.

About the Role:

  • Supporting children in Key Stage 1 with their academic and social development
  • Assisting teachers in creating engaging and inclusive learning environments
  • Providing additional support to children with special educational needs
  • Maintaining accurate records of pupil progress and providing feedback to teachers

Requirements:

  • A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above)

Salary: £18-22 per hour, depending on experience
