About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team in Burnley. As a key member of our educational support team, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students in achieving academic success.
About You:
- You have previous experience in a teaching or educational role, preferably with a passion for education and helping students succeed.
- You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- You are willing to contribute to planning and organizing educational activities, ensuring a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons, adapting your approach to meet the needs of diverse students.
- Provide individualized support to students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve academic success.
- Contribute to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment, fostering a sense of community among students and staff.
- Participate in planning and organizing educational activities, including workshops, group sessions, and other initiatives that promote student learning and development.
Requirements:
- You hold relevant qualifications, such as CACHE Level 2 or 3, NVQ, or equivalent.
- You have a strong commitment to education and a willingness to learn and grow with our organization.
- You are able to provide proof of your right to work in the UK and undergo an Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
