About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves providing academic support to Year 3 students as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. The ideal candidate will have experience working with this age group and possess excellent communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality support to students, focusing on their individual needs and abilities.
  • Work closely with teachers to create engaging lesson plans and activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback.
Qualifications and Experience
  • A degree in Education or a related field, ideally with a focus on primary education.
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in a Key Stage 2 setting.
  • An understanding of the UK National Curriculum and assessment procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.

Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
