Highly Motivated Early Years Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years team in Burnley. As a school, our pupils and their families are our top priority, and we strive to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in creating a harmonious atmosphere for pupils.
- Assist in day-to-day tasks in the classroom, including working one-to-one with pupils who require additional support.
- Help identify gaps in pupils' learning and report back to the relevant class teacher.
Requirements:
- Desirable experience and relevant qualifications.
- Ability to work with the class teacher to create a positive learning environment.
- Capacity to work one-to-one with pupils who require additional support.
Working Conditions:
- The school is easily accessible by car and public transport.
- The school welcomes and supports all staff, including new recruits.
Teaching Personnel:
- We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- We undertake safeguarding checks on all workers, in accordance with DfE statutory guidance.
