Teaching Personnel is partnering with a Secondary SEN provision in the Burnley area to find an experienced SEN Teacher.

The school provides education for pupils aged 11-16 with special educational needs including MLD, PMLD, Speech Language and Communication Needs, Autism and SEMH.

We are looking for a dedicated teacher who can offer strategies for pupils to cope with high-pressure situations. The ideal candidate must hold a QTS/PGCE/Higher Level Teaching qualification.

  1. Must have experience supporting pupils with behaviours that challenge.
  2. Be resilient and able to work in a challenging environment.

The estimated salary for this role is around £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on skills/experience and expectations.
