About the Role:

As a Conference and Events Floor Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our busy conferences and events department. You will work closely with our events team to deliver meticulously set event spaces, impeccable service, and unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth operation of conferences and events, from setup to service
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of warmth and appreciation among team members
  • Build strong working relationships and motivate a diverse team
  • Effectively prioritize tasks to meet operational requirements

  • Salary £27,191 per annum plus monthly Service Charge approx £300 per month
