About the Role

As a seasoned Global Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our cutting-edge oncology treatments. With a strong background in pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, you will be responsible for driving the clinical trials of our CD66-targeted therapy through Phase 2.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of oncology drug development, regulatory environments, and project management. Your expertise will enable you to create, implement, and execute the drug development plan, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring timely delivery within budget.

This position is crucial in accelerating the registration of our first Haem-Onc product. If you are passionate about precision medicine and driven to make a meaningful impact, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with manufacturing, non-clinical, clinical, quality, and regulatory teams to deliver program milestones.
  • Develop and Execute Plans: Create and manage Target Product Profiles and Product Development plans for CD66-targeted bone marrow conditioning therapy.
  • Communicate Effectively: Ensure seamless communication with stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks, developing scenario plans and risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Postgraduate qualifications in science or life sciences (ideally PhD).
  • Experience: 10+ years in pharmaceutical/biotechnology, including direct experience in drug development (ideally in oncology).
  • Project Management: 3+ years' experience in managing projects and budgets.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with US, EU, and APAC regulatory environments.
