We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join our team at The Cambian Group, a leading provider of care and education for children and young people.

About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers and ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people. You will work closely with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to implement the Statement of Purpose and meet the needs of our children and young people in line with Ofsted regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet the needs of the children and young people in line with Ofsted regulations
  • Plan team rotas and support the Deputy and Home Manager in various meetings and appointments
  • Assist the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager in the implementation of all aspects of the Statement of Purpose
  • Supervise in the absence of the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager
  • Welcome a diverse culture in the home and create a safe, family environment for the children
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least six months' experience in children's residential care
  • A relevant Level 3 qualification
  • Driving is essential due to the locations of the homes
  • Be 21 years old due to Ofsted regulations
