About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Deputy Manager to join our support team at Aspris Childrens Services. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and caring for our young people, as well as leading a small staff team. Our children's home in Wisbech provides a nurturing environment for four young people between the ages of 8-18 with emotional and behavioural needs. Our young people are supported at the home and in the community, and we encourage them to undertake various activities and hobbies to increase their confidence and sense of belonging.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support and care for our young people
- Lead a small staff team
- Develop and implement care plans
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people
- Contribute to the overall management of the home
