We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Head of Service at CareTech Group. As a senior leader in our specialist mental health services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the delivery of our services and enhancing the experiences of the children in our care.

The role is based at our children's home in Wisbech, where you will lead a 12-bedded home catering for children aged 12-18 with complex mental health needs. You will manage a team of over 70 staff, working closely with our on-site clinical team, teachers, and other professionals to support the children's transitions and achieve their care plans.

As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality standards of care, safeguarding, and promoting the welfare of the young people in our care. You will work closely with our regional manager to develop the service and support the wider needs of the site.

We are looking for an experienced leader with a proven track record in children's mental health and a strong understanding of the Mental Health Act. You will have the ability to manage challenging behavior, support a team to understand self-injurious behaviors, and work collaboratively with other professionals to meet the needs of the children and young people.
