Residential Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our Children's Services team in Wisbech. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting the needs of the children and young people in line with Ofsted regulations
  • Planning team rotas and supporting the Deputy and Home Manager in various meetings and appointments
  • Assisting the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager in the implementation of all aspects of the Statement of Purpose
  • Supervising in the absence of the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager
  • Welcome a diverse culture in the home and create a safe, family environment for the children

Requirements:

  • You must be 21 due to Ofsted regulations
  • Driving is essential due to the locations of the homes
  • You must have at least six months' experience in Children's residential care and hold a relevant Level 3 qualification
