As a Residential Team Leader in our children's homes, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of support workers in providing high-quality care and support to our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting the needs of our residents in line with Ofsted regulations
  • Planning team rotas and supporting the Deputy and Home Manager in various meetings and appointments
  • Assisting the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager in implementing all aspects of the Statement of Purpose
  • Supervising in the absence of the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager
  • Welcome a diverse culture in the home and create a safe, family environment for our residents

Requirements:

  • You must be 21 years old due to Ofsted regulations
  • Driving is essential due to the locations of our homes
  • You must have at least six months' experience in children's residential care and hold a relevant Level 3 qualification
