Job Title: Children's Residential Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Team Leader to join our team at the CareTech Group. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of support workers to ensure the delivery of excellent care and support to children and young people.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with the children and young people, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care and support.
  • Work closely with other teams, including education and therapy, to ensure a holistic approach to the children and young people's care and development.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people at all times, including during sleepovers and other activities.

Requirements:

  • 21 years or older due to Ofsted regulations.
  • Driving license essential due to the locations of our homes.
  • At least six months' experience in children's residential care and a relevant Level 3 qualification.
