Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Support Specialist to join our team at Partnur. As an HR Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and serving as the first point of contact for HR inquiries and requests.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing the HR inbox and responding to general HR requests and inquiries.
Assist with changes on the internal HR system and perform general system administration tasks.
Support with employee onboarding, benefits, and reference requests.
Coordinate inductions and assessments as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience working in an administration role is required.
Prior HR experience is advantageous, but not necessary.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and speak confidently in public are essential.
