HR Generalist Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of HR Generalist Assistant. As an HR Generalist Assistant, you will provide support to the HR team, focusing on administrative tasks, data entry, and document management.
Job Summary:- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and document management
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees
- Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times
The estimated salary for this position is £22,000 - £32,000 per annum. We offer a range of benefits, including hybrid working, flexible working opportunities, 25 days annual leave, retirement savings plan, life insurance, flexible benefit scheme options, access to a Financial Wellbeing Programme, and discretionary annual bonus.
Requirements:
- Experience in administrative roles, preferably in an HR setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
