Business Development Manager

At Kerridge Commercial Systems, we're committed to delivering exceptional business management solutions. As a New Business Sales Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in promoting our software solutions to the wholesale, manufacturing, and distribution markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive lead generation and marketing exercises for your designated market territory, leveraging the capabilities of our sales-focused Marketing Department.
- Lead the business discovery process and present solutions to clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products, including initial demonstration capabilities.
- Qualify opportunities and provide accurate sales forecasting.
- Manage and maintain our CRM system.
- Attend and present at monthly sales meetings.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrable record of achieving new business targets.
- Exceptional qualification and assessment of opportunities throughout the sales process.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Professional presentation skills up to board level.
- Comfortable working in a team environment.
- Commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Strong B2B New Business sales experience with ERP software.
- Experience in the distribution market place is highly desirable.
Special Requirements:
A valid driving license and passport are essential for travel-related aspects of the role.
