**Job Opportunity:** Support Worker for Students with Autism
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at a well-known school in West London. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of students with Autism, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with individuals with special needs, and a keen interest in promoting their learning and development. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, using a range of strategies to support students with Autism, including PEC/Picture cards, sensory rooms, and alternative therapies.
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Providing individualised support to students with Autism
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Salary: £90.00-£120.00 per day
Contract Length: 12 months
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Required Qualifications:
- Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)
- Experience working with individuals with special needs
