About the Role:
Prestige Nursing & Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Specialist to join our clinical team. As a Complex Care Nurse, you will provide high-quality, personalized care to clients in their own homes and community settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on the clinical components of care delivery, ensuring safe and effective care for clients.
- Support the assessment, mobilization, and implementation of complex care clients to drive business growth.
- Regularly risk assess individual client needs and provide evidence-based clinical expertise and advice.
- Attend meetings and liaise with multidisciplinary teams, commissioners, and clients to build and manage clinical caseloads.
- Act as a role model and leader for all members of staff, promoting a supportive working environment.
- Facilitate and deliver ongoing clinical knowledge and skills training to non-registered staff, ensuring they can competently deliver care with minimal supervision.
- Maintain high standards and proactively manage quality improvement, clinical risks, safety concerns, and complaints.
- Drive best practice to ensure high-quality care and promote compliance with internal policies and standards.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with NMC and active PIN.
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience, including community or hospital settings.
- Experience in managing clinical risk management and individualized, person-centered care planning.
- Effective communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with self-motivation and initiative.
- Excellent IT and presentation skills.
