About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Building Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Amplify Guest Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with furniture moves and relocation of office equipment
  • Support contractors and vendors, ensuring timely and efficient access to our facilities
  • Manage stationery and supplies, including ordering and inventory control
  • Provide administrative support for office operations, including data entry and record-keeping

Requirements
