We are looking for a Building Management Systems Coordinator to become a vital part of our team at
SSE.

This essential position operates within a critical setting, overseeing and coordinating all maintenance operations across a variety of intricate building environments, including Data Centres, Healthcare Facilities, Pharmaceutical Labs, Research Institutions, Higher Education, Student Housing, and Recreational Venues.


As a Building Management Systems Coordinator, your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Supervise all Reactive Maintenance, Emergency Callouts, Scheduled Maintenance, Regulatory Maintenance, and Additional Projects.
  • Collaborate closely with the dedicated Building Management Systems Site Manager, Senior Engineers, Junior Engineers, and Operators.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with all stakeholders to ensure job progress is reported transparently and accurately.
  • Utilize the client's Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system to manage job tickets from initiation to completion, ensuring updates are logged promptly and accurately.

What qualifications are required?

  • Familiarity with CAFM systems and a solid understanding of Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) operations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and coordinate efficiently with engineers and management.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling confident interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals committed to delivering excellence.
