We are looking for a Smart Buildings Operations Coordinator to become a vital part of our team at SSE.

This essential position is situated in a pivotal environment, overseeing and coordinating all maintenance operations across a variety of intricate building settings, including Data Centres, Healthcare Facilities, Pharmaceutical Labs, Research Institutions, Higher Education, Student Housing, and Recreational Venues.

As a Smart Buildings Operations Coordinator, your duties will encompass:

  • Manage all Reactive Maintenance, Emergency Callouts, Scheduled Maintenance, Regulatory Maintenance, and Additional Projects.
  • Collaborate closely with the dedicated Smart Buildings Operations Manager, Senior Technicians, Junior Technicians, and Operators.
  • Ensure ongoing communication with all stakeholders to guarantee that job progress is reported transparently and accurately.
  • Utilize the client's Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system to oversee job tickets from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and precise updates are recorded.
What qualifications are required?

  • Familiarity with CAFM systems and a solid understanding of Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS).
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and effectively coordinate with engineers and management.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling confident interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Work alongside a dedicated team of professionals committed to delivering excellence.
