Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled BMS Project Engineer to join our team at Edison Smart® in Central London. As a BMS Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of multiple sites for our solutions provider client.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting preventive maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning, and general servicing of Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC control systems. You will also perform detailed troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through direct, onsite customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular maintenance and repairs of BMS and HVAC control systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform thorough troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with clients on-site and addressing their concerns and needs.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely project and service documentation.
  • Collaborate with the project team to achieve assigned tasks and objectives.
  • Offer technical support to clients and assist in training when required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the BMS and controls industry, with a strong understanding of BMS and HVAC control systems.
  • Hold a HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Possess a valid UK Driving License with a clean record.
  • Have expertise in Trend, Distech, Schneider, and Tridium platforms.
  • Be flexible to travel to client sites as needed.
