About the Role

As a Senior BMS Engineer at BMS Performance, you will take on a leadership role in our London-based team, reporting to the Head of Operations. Your primary responsibility will be to lead BMS projects, providing technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) services for BMS projects
  • Perform maintenance and servicing of managed services
  • Conduct commissioning for aspects of business not under managed services
  • Lead a team of BMS Engineers, providing training and assistance as needed
  • Work on-call and overtime as required, with additional pay reflecting this
Requirements
  • 8 years' experience in the BMS industry as an engineer
  • Experience working at a senior level as a BMS Engineer
  • Experience with Trend, Tridium, or Schneider products
  • Proven communication skills and a desire to lead a team
Package
  • Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • 1.5x pay for overtime, 2x pay for bank holidays
