Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough preventive maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning, and general servicing of BMS and HVAC control systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform detailed troubleshooting to identify and resolve complex issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through direct, onsite interaction, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely project and service documentation, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with the project team to accomplish assigned tasks effectively, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Provide technical support to customers, assisting in training and development programs to enhance their knowledge and skills.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the BMS and controls industry, with a strong understanding of building automation systems and technologies.
  • Required qualification: HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a strong foundation in electrical principles and practices.
  • Valid UK Driving License with a clean record, with flexibility to travel to client sites as needed.
  • Strong expertise in Trend, Distech, Schneider, and Tridium platforms, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
