About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Design and Build Team at Complete Security Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from bid stage through to project handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the on-site installation, support, and maintenance of specialist smart building technology across a number of well-established Client sites.
  • Manage systems projects with a strong track record in delivering projects on time and on budget.
  • Provide leadership for the team and oversee design, installation, testing and commissioning and commercial and contractual aspects of the project.
  • Conduct lessons learned sessions to enable the organisation to learn from positive and challenging experiences.
  • Manage and coordinate on site installations teams, liaising with site personnel to ensure all works are coordinated.
  • Provide consistently high levels of customer service, accurately interpreting and delivering our customers' needs.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years relevant practical experience in a similar role.
  • Management of systems or structured cabling projects.
  • ECS Card, SMSTS, and Full, clean Driving Licence.
  • Desirable: PRINCE2, APM, CTPM (Project Management Certification), First Aid, IPAF or PASMA, PAT testing, and experience in containment installation, Audio Visual, Electronic Security, IoT, and Wired & Wireless Network architecture.
