Job Title: Smart Buildings Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Smart Buildings Project Engineer to join our team at Edison Smart® in Central London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering multiple sites and ensuring the successful implementation of our building management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct regular maintenance, repairs, and installations of BMS and HVAC control systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  2. Perform thorough troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service through direct interaction and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and service records.
  5. Collaborate with your supervisor to achieve assigned tasks and objectives.
  6. Offer technical support to customers and provide training as required.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in the BMS and controls industry.
  2. Hold a HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  3. Possess a valid UK Driving License with a clean record.
  4. Strong expertise in Trend, Distech, Schneider, and Tridium platforms is essential.
  5. Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
