About the Organization

Our client is seeking a dedicated Building Operations Coordinator to contribute to their facilities management team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Role Overview

In the role of Building Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital part in maintaining the integrity of the organization’s facilities.


Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of general tasks throughout the premises, including setting up venues and rooms in key areas such as Reception and the Post Room, along with performing minor repairs and administrative tasks.


You will collaborate closely with the Facilities Officer and the Facilities Team, preparing meeting spaces and managing the relocation of furniture, deliveries, storage, and equipment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver first-line maintenance support
  • Address and rectify any defects in equipment, services, or buildings promptly
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures
  • Conduct weekly fire alarm tests and serve as a fire warden
Candidate Profile

To qualify for the Building Operations Coordinator position, you should possess:

  • A proactive approach to learning health and safety standards and obtaining relevant qualifications
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work outside of standard hours when necessary
