Building Operations Coordinator

At Career Legal, we are seeking a skilled Building Operations Coordinator to join our Facilities team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor event planning software to stay informed about upcoming events.
  • Liaise with the Front of House, Hospitality, and Events team to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Attend regular meetings to discuss event planning and lessons learned.
  • Ensure event rooms are set up and ready on time, and restored to normal after events.
  • Communicate with event organizers to confirm details.
  • Provide flexibility for last-minute changes and modifications to event rooms.
  • Configure event spaces by moving furniture and equipment.
  • Assemble or remove foldable walls as required.
  • Manage IT equipment and ensure it is ready for use after events.
  • Assist with event-related deliveries and other tasks as needed.
