- Collaborate with AWS business leaders and other HR teams to innovate and implement HR strategies
- Support employees and their leaders on employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution
- Develop and implement programs to enhance the employee experience and drive business results
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant Human Resources Generalist experience
- Experience working in a matrixed organization
- Coaching and consulting skills
- Strong business and HR acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis
- Employee Relations/Investigations experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, ambiguous environment and manage multiple simultaneous priorities
