Job Summary

As an HR Business Partner in our Builder Experience Team (BeXT), you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience at Amazon. You will be responsible for influencing change, fostering an inclusive environment, and providing expert HR guidance to leaders and employees across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Influence change and foster an inclusive environment for all employees
  • Provide expert HR guidance to leaders and employees on employee relations, talent management, and performance management
  • Collaborate with AWS business leaders and other HR teams to innovate and implement HR strategies
  • Support employees and their leaders on employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance the employee experience and drive business results
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant Human Resources Generalist experience
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization
  • Coaching and consulting skills
  • Strong business and HR acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis
  • Employee Relations/Investigations experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, ambiguous environment and manage multiple simultaneous priorities
