Job Description

This position requires an individual who has significant experience in employee relations, deep subject matter knowledge, and strong emotional intelligence, communication, and interpersonal skills. The individual will work proactively to enhance the employee experience by identifying and addressing employee concerns early, de-escalating and resolving workplace issues before they reach a critical level. The position supports Corporate Employee Relations in the EMEA region and requires the ability to work successfully on a broad spectrum of employee relations issues, projects, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to create and sustain positive employee relations programs and best practices.
  • Work directly with AWS employees at all levels to identify, address, and resolve concerns through mechanisms like listening sessions, focus groups, conflict resolution, and one-on-one coaching.
  • Design and deliver positive employee relations trainings and communications.
  • Conduct, analyze, and action plan from multiple levels of employee feedback and other data to drive and sustain positive employee relations.
  • Analyze, diagnose, design, and revise people programs, policies, and practices to sustain positive employee relations.
