Employee Relations Consultant EMEA
About the Role:
This role is based in the London office and offers a hybrid working environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex caseloads and providing expert advice on various aspects of the employment relationship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end grievances, conduct, and performance management cases.
- Oversee workplace investigations in collaboration with the internal investigations team.
- Provide expert advice on change management proposals.
- Partner with the HR Business Partner Team to address various employment relationship issues, including absence.
- Collaborate with the International ER Manager to develop strategic solutions and improve policies and procedures.
- Track, analyse, and interpret ER metrics.
- Offer coaching and development feedback to managers and employees.
Requirements:
- Extensive ER/HR experience in an international organisation, with a thorough understanding of disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes.
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with solid business acumen.
- Up-to-date knowledge of EMEA-wide employment legislation.
- CIPD and Financial Services experience is desirable but not essential.
This role is ideal for a proactive and experienced ER professional looking to make a significant impact within a global organisation.
