Job Title: HR Advisor - Employee Relations Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our London-based HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing best practice HR processes and policies, with a focus on employee relations and payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee-related matters, including performance management, restructuring, and absence management.
- Manage and oversee flexible working requests, parental matters, and payroll changes.
- Aid in the management of onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract preparation and exit interviews.
- Support the HR Business Partner with operational HR activities and HR lifecycle projects.
Requirements:
- Experienced HR Advisor with a proven track record in employee relations and payroll.
- Strong stakeholder relationships and ability to work across complex business areas.
- Knowledge of ER, performance management, restructuring, and absence management.
- Experience of executing TUPE processes and advising hiring managers on legalities.
