About the Role:

The Compliance Manager will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and industry standards
  • Providing guidance on compliance matters and fostering a culture of ethical practices within our organization
  • Reporting to the Clinical Director and working closely with other departments to ensure compliance across all aspects of our operations

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance role within the healthcare industry, with a minimum of 2 years experience within dentistry
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, UK healthcare laws, and industry standards, particularly those related to dental practices
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex compliance issues and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of training and influencing staff at all levels
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
