We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team at Compliance Wise. As a Compliance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our dental clinics adhere to legal standards, industry regulations, and in-house policies.
About the Role:
The Compliance Manager will be responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and industry standards
- Providing guidance on compliance matters and fostering a culture of ethical practices within our organization
- Reporting to the Clinical Director and working closely with other departments to ensure compliance across all aspects of our operations
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance role within the healthcare industry, with a minimum of 2 years experience within dentistry
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, UK healthcare laws, and industry standards, particularly those related to dental practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex compliance issues and develop effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of training and influencing staff at all levels
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
