Compliance Analyst

Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate, oversee, and execute the Trade Compliance program, Inward Processing Relief (IPR) program for KCI Manufacturing Unlimited Company, Ireland, and other similar Trade Compliance programs, activities, and responsibilities in EMEA managed by the EMEA Trade Compliance Control Tower.
- Lead, optimize, manage, and coordinate the IPR program according to current customs law and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with EMEA & Global Trade Compliance colleagues to execute the TC strategy and program to minimize the risk for the cooperation, enhance service, and optimize costs savings.
- Drive improvement in compliance and business efficiency performance.
- Define, maintain, and communicate key compliance and efficiency performance indicators (KPIs) as well as SOP's, ICP, and training material.
- In-depth experience working in Import-Export Compliance and specifically in filing IPR submissions to Irish Tax & Revenue or other EU-countries with a minimum of 2-3 years.
- Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
- In-depth Trade Compliance (three years) experience in a private, government, or military environment.
- Knowledge of regional trade regulations in various EMEA countries.
