Office Manager – Marketing Agency

At Impact Creative Recruitment Ltd, we're seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our dynamic marketing agency. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, fostering a positive workplace culture, and providing exceptional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
~ Champion Health & Safety: Conduct regular checks and ensure compliance with our health and safety policies.
~ Foster Community Spirit: Collaborate with our Social Squad to plan exciting events and initiatives that bring joy and connection to our team.
~ Assist with client gifting, general admin, booking travel, expenses, and acting as a main point of contact for ad hoc requests.
~ Greet visitors warmly and manage the reception area, making sure everyone feels valued from the moment they arrive.

Requirements:
~ Proven experience in office management or facilities coordination from within a similar creative environment.
~ A passion for creating a positive workplace culture, with experience in event planning as a bonus.
