We are looking for a results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Freight Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, offering exceptional ocean freight forwarding services. Your primary objective will be to generate new business opportunities and increase revenue growth.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a similar role within the freight forwarding or shipping industry. They will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with clients, and demonstrate a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Benefits and Salary

This is a highly competitive role, offering a salary of up to £55,000 (dependent on experience) + commission and car allowance/company car. The package also includes flexible working hours, uncapped commission scheme, car allowance/company car, 33 days' holidays, long service bonus, work laptop and phone, company pension scheme, funded health care package, and opportunities for career advancement.
