Deaf Community Health and Social Care Specialist

We are currently recruiting for a motivated and compassionate individual to join our Bank team as a Support Worker. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality health and social care support to Deaf individuals, many of whom have mental health conditions.
About the Role:
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in British Sign Language (BSL) and knowledge of the Deaf community and mental health issues.
- They will also have experience in ongoing client assessment and working in residential care settings.
- A qualification in Health and Social Care or the Care Certificate is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting individuals living in our community and in a residential care home.
- Building relationships with clients and service managers.
- Completing and monitoring care plans.
- Supporting clients to develop their skills and relationships.

Requirements:
- Minimum level 2 BSL certification or native/fluent user.
