**Job Title:** Deaf Education Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant for the Deaf based in London. As a member of our specialist education team, you will play a key role in supporting children with hearing impairments to achieve their full potential.

The Role:

  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students with hearing impairments.
  • Use BSL and other communication strategies to promote engagement and participation among students.
  • Help students to build confidence and develop essential life skills, including independence and social skills.

Requirements: We are looking for a candidate who is proficient in BSL (Level 2 or higher preferred), has experience working with children with hearing impairments, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
