Supporting SEND Students in Education

- Provide individualized support to students with SEND to access the curriculum and achieve their learning goals.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective strategies to support students with SEND.
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Level 3 teaching or childcare qualification.
- Experience working with students with SEND, particularly those with Autism/ASD, SLD/Severe Learning Difficulties, PMLD/Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties, SEMH/Social Emotional Mental Health, EBD/Emotional Behavioural Difficulties, or ADD/Attention Deficit Disorder.
- Excellent classroom management skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.
- A caring and nurturing personality with a passion for supporting students with SEND.
