At Recruitment Education Global Services, we are seeking a highly skilled SEN Teacher to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of students with special educational needs (SEN).

About the Role

As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering tailored lessons to students with a range of learning difficulties and disabilities. You will work closely with other educators, therapists, and support staff to create individualised learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.

Main Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons to students in Key Stage 5 with a range of SEN needs.
  • Support the development of students' academic, social, and emotional skills.
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
  • Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' needs.
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and support as necessary.
  • Build positive relationships with students, encouraging independence and self-esteem.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and carers, providing updates on student progress.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including on-site parking and good transport links.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about inclusive education and committed to helping all students succeed.

The ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching in an SEN setting.

We are looking for someone who is creative, flexible, and able to adapt to individual student needs.
