Job Summary: TeacherActive is recruiting a skilled Learning Support Assistant to work with a fantastic SEND primary school in Dudley. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting primary aged children with SEND, developing personalized plans, and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

About the School: Our client is a well-established SEND primary school in Oldbury that provides a unique and personalized education to students with varying levels of SEND. They pride themselves on their commitment to inclusivity, social-emotional learning, and academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities: As a Level 2 SEND Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting students with SEND, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs, and maintaining accurate records of student progress. You will also be expected to work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have a Level 3 Teaching or Childcare Qualification, experience working with children with SEND, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Salary: £83.23 per day
