Responsibilities:

  • Supporting pupils with complex needs, including Autism and associated communication and behavioural challenges.
  • Developing and implementing individualised learning plans in collaboration with teachers and other professionals.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and contributing to regular review meetings.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in education or a related field.
  • Previous experience working with children with SEND, preferably in a similar setting.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
