About the Role
  • Teaching Role: As an SEN Teacher for KS5, you will be responsible for delivering tailored lessons to students with a range of learning difficulties and disabilities.
  • Support Student Needs: Support the development of students' academic, social, and emotional skills.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
  • Develop IEPs: Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' needs.
Requirements and Benefits

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching in an SEN setting.
  • Experience Working with SEN Students: Experience working with Key Stage 5 students with SEN, including autism, learning difficulties, and emotional/behavioural needs.
  • Competitive Salary: Estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
