Primary Education Support Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering tailored 1:1 support, implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and strategies that support the student's development. You will also build a strong, positive rapport with the pupil, promoting a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
We require a candidate with proven experience working with pupils with autism, ideally within a primary school setting. The ideal candidate will have the ability to remain patient, understanding, and adaptive to meet the unique needs of the pupil. A passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey is essential.
This role is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm, term-time only. The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
