Special Education Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced Special Education Support Professional to join our team at Recruitment Education Global Services. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs in a primary school setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide tailored interventions and support to students with diverse special educational needs.
- Assist in delivering lessons and ensuring students are fully engaged and challenged according to their abilities.
- Develop social and emotional skills in students, promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
- Closely monitor progress and contribute to the creation and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Promote an inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.
- Support students with specific needs such as speech and language, sensory processing, or motor skills.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs, ideally in a primary school setting.
- A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
