Primary School Support Worker for Pupils with Autism

Twenty 4 Seven are looking for an exceptional SEN Teaching Assistant to work with a pupil with autism at a primary school in Oldbury. As a key member of our team, you will provide specialized support to help the pupil reach their full potential.
About the RoleThis is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the life of a child. You will work closely with the pupil, implementing individualized education plans and strategies to support their development.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Deliver high-quality 1:1 support to the pupil, tailored to their unique needs
- Assist the pupil in engaging with daily activities and progressing academically and socially
- Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the pupil, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Proven experience working with pupils with autism, ideally in a primary school setting
- Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and adaptable when working with the pupil
- Passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey
We anticipate a salary range of £28,000-£35,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
