Primary Learning Facilitator

We are looking for a talented Primary Learning Facilitator to join our team at Smile Education. As a critical member of our staff, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the learning experience for our students and contributing to the overall success of our schools.
About the Role:
In this position, you will work closely with class teachers to create engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our students. Your expertise and passion for teaching will enable you to make a lasting impact on the lives of our pupils and inspire them to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff to design and deliver innovative lesson plans
* Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional guidance and assistance
* Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters academic achievement and personal growth
Requirements:
* A Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience
* Previous experience working in a primary school setting
* Valid Enhanced DBS check
Compensation and Benefits:
* Annual salary: £30,000 - £40,000
