We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Woking, Surrey. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the IT sector, understanding their hiring needs and business goals.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT sector, strong recruitment skills, and a passion for connecting top talent with organisations within the world of technology.
- Win, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients in the IT sector, understanding their hiring needs and business goals.
- Utilise advanced sourcing techniques to identify, attract, and engage top candidates in IT across various disciplines, including Java and DevOps.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments related to the IT landscape to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients in the IT sector.
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
- Identifying, attracting, and engaging top candidates in IT.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment, preferably within the IT sector.
- A proven track record of billings within the industry.
- A strong understanding of technologies, market dynamics, and key players.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
