About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on prestigious nationwide rail projects. As a key member of our team, you will have knowledge and experience in pre and post-contract management and procurement within the UK rail sector.

  • Negotiate and administer NEC3/4 contracts (Option C) for major projects
  • Establish and manage entitlement, focusing on gaining full entitlement under the terms of the Subcontract
  • Lead the review and valuation of contractor applications for payment in accordance with contractual terms and conditions and contractual entitlement
  • Liaise and negotiate with the Customer's Commercial and/or project team
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A degree level qualification and membership of a professional body
  • Main contractor and/or joint venture experience
  • Experienced administering NEC3/4 contracts (A/C/E)
  • Ability to lead on project financial monitoring and reporting
