About the Role

As a Trainee Health and Safety Advisor, you will work closely with our experienced team to deliver training and conduct health and safety inspections and risk assessments in various work environments. You will also assist in the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting in conducting safety inspections and risk assessments in various work environments
  • Learning to identify hazards and recommend corrective measures to mitigate risks
  • Supporting the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures
  • Gaining experience in incident investigation report writing and root cause analysis
  • Collaborating with senior H&S professionals to promote a culture of safety within the organization

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be organized, motivated, and computer literate. You should have achieved A Levels or equivalent A-C grades and be confident, presentable, and personable. You must also be eligible to work in the UK and hold a UK driving licence and have own transport.
